Causes of Tooth Decay:

 Symptoms of Tooth Decay:

 Prevention of Tooth Decay:

2. Healthy Diet: Limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks, and opt for a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

4. Regular Dental Check-ups: Visit your dentist regularly for check-ups and professional cleanings.

5. Dental Sealants: Apply dental sealants to protect the grooves and pits of teeth, especially in children.

6. Chewing Sugar-free Gum: Chewing sugar-free gum stimulates saliva production, which helps neutralize acids and wash away food particles.

7. Avoiding Tobacco: Tobacco use increases the risk of tooth decay and other oral health problems.
